Heatmiser is a wired system: your neoStat connects to a neoHub for app and smart-home control. Before booking, check your heating system — Heatmiser suits wired thermostat replacements and multi-zone setups rather than wireless retrofits. If you are not sure whether your boiler is combi or system, send us photos of your current wiring and we will confirm before the visit.

What’s included: full wiring and mounting, commissioning, app pairing, and a working handover. Old thermostat removed; wall made good to a reasonable tradesperson standard (not full redecoration).
