Whether it’s Nest, Hive, Tado or Honeywell, we’ll professionally install your chosen smart system heating controls correctly, safely, and to the highest standard.
System testing
We’ll test your heating and hot water systems both before and after installation to ensure everything is working perfectly and your smart thermostat is fully optimised.
Remove old controls
We carefully disconnect and can remove your existing thermostat or heating controls, if you have any.
Wi-Fi setup and app connection
Your new smart thermostat will be linked to your existing Wi-Fi, and we’ll install the correct app on your phone or tablet so you’re ready to go.
Feature walkthrough
We’ll guide you through your new smart system — including setting schedules, using voice commands, remote access and energy-saving tips, so you can confidently use it right away.
Google Nest: As certified Nest Pros, we install and configure the full Nest range, including the Learning Thermostat and Thermostat E — tailored to your home for energy-efficient comfort.

Who can change a heating thermostat?
The integration of product supply with professional installation simplifies the process for customers, especially those who prefer a hands-off approach.
This is particularly beneficial for individuals who may not be comfortable with DIY installations.

Smart Thermostat UK supplies smart thermostats and provides professional installation services throughout London and the surrounding Home Counties. Most products are delivered by our engineer as part of your scheduled installation appointment.
Service Area
We currently deliver and install throughout London and the surrounding Home Counties. If you’re outside our normal coverage area, please contact us before placing your order so we can confirm availability.
Delivery Method
Most smart thermostats are delivered in person by our engineer on the agreed installation date. We do not normally use courier services unless an alternative arrangement has been agreed in advance.
Delivery Times
We aim to complete delivery and installation within 3–7 working days of confirming your order. If no specific timescale has been agreed, delivery will be completed within 30 calendar days in accordance with UK consumer law.
If we’re unable to meet the agreed timeframe, we’ll let you know as soon as possible. Where applicable, you may have the right to cancel your order and receive a refund in line with your statutory consumer rights.
Delivery Charges
Any applicable delivery charges will be shown during checkout before you place your order. For most supply and installation services, delivery is included within the installation price.
Missed or Rearranged Appointments
If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible.
If you are unavailable for your agreed appointment and provide less than 24 hours’ notice, a reasonable call-out or rebooking charge may apply.
Delays
Occasionally delays can occur due to weather, traffic, access restrictions, supplier delays or other circumstances outside our control. We’ll keep you informed and arrange the earliest available alternative appointment. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Risk and Responsibility
Responsibility for your goods remains with Smart Thermostat UK until they have been delivered to you, or to someone you have nominated to accept delivery on your behalf.
