How booking works

Book a smart thermostat installation, fault diagnosis, or remote setup help across London — usually in under a minute.

    Check your area

    Enter your postcode and we show real availability near you for the next three weeks — morning (8am–12pm) or afternoon (12pm–5pm).

    Choose your service

    Nest, Tado, Hive or Honeywell — supply & install or install-only. Or pick fault diagnosis, or remote setup help over video if you don’t need a visit.

    Add your details

    Name, contact number, address and postcode, plus anything useful about your heating system and parking.

    We confirm

    We confirm your booking by email. The engineer texts 30–60 minutes before arrival on the day.

Why we ask for your postcode. The calendar shows genuine availability for your part of London, not a generic list — so the slot you pick is one we can actually make. An organiser (Alex) arranges the visit; a qualified engineer carries out the work.

Common questions

Which thermostats do you install?

Google Nest, Tado, Hive and Honeywell, plus most other smart thermostats. We can supply and install, or install a unit you already have.

What if I’m not sure which thermostat suits my system?

Choose “Need guidance” in the booking tool and answer a few quick questions about your heating, or call us — we’ll point you to the right option before you book.

Can you help remotely instead of a visit?

Yes. If you mainly need help with setup, wiring questions or app configuration, we offer remote video support so you may not need an engineer to attend.

When will the engineer arrive?

Within your chosen morning or afternoon window. The engineer texts you 30–60 minutes before arrival. If parking needs a visitor permit, let us know when booking.

How do I pay?

Pay online at checkout, ask us to send an order link, or pay on the day — whichever suits. We confirm the details by email first.
