Wait for confirmation
Your booking is confirmed by email. On the day, the engineer texts 30 to 60 minutes before arrival.
Not sure what to choose? Pick the guidance option or add a note when booking. Photos of your boiler, thermostat, receiver, programmer or hot water cylinder area are often enough for us to point you in the right direction.

Yes. Choose an install-only option and tell us the make and model you already have.
Can I ask for advice before buying?
Yes. Choose guidance if you are not sure which thermostat suits your heating system.
What details should I include?
Your full address, phone number, parking information and anything useful about the boiler, old thermostat, hot water controls or wiring.
Can you help without visiting?
Remote support may be suitable for app setup, pairing, basic checks or advice. If wiring or testing is needed, a visit may still be required.
Who attends the appointment?
Alex organises the booking. A qualified engineer carries out the work.
