Product information
Overview
If your Nest has stopped controlling the boiler, a failed Heat Link (the boiler-side receiver) is a common cause. This service replaces it.
The price includes the new Heat Link unit, fitting and re-pairing to your Nest display, fully tested. £149 is the total maximum – any deposit or call-out already paid credits toward it.
Price: £149 all-in.
Compatibility
Replacement of a faulty Nest Heat Link (3rd gen, UK) — the unit that connects your Nest Learning Thermostat to the boiler for heating and hot water. Suits combi and system boilers. If you're not sure the Heat Link is the fault, book a £99 diagnostic first.
