Installation-Only Delivery Policy

Our installation-only service is available in London and the surrounding Home Counties. If you’re outside this area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.
2. What’s Included
This service covers the professional installation of a smart thermostat you supply. We do not provide or deliver the thermostat itself. You are responsible for ensuring the product is compatible with your heating system.
3. Booking & Timescale
We aim to install your thermostat within 3–7 working days of confirming your booking. If a specific timescale isn’t agreed, installation will be completed within 30 calendar days, in accordance with UK consumer law.
4. Delivery Method
This is an in-person service. Our technician will visit your property at the agreed time to install your thermostat. No products are delivered by post.
5. Missed or Rescheduled Appointments
If you’re unavailable for your scheduled appointment and don’t give at least 24 hours’ notice, a call-out or rebooking fee may apply.
Please let us know as early as possible if you need to change your booking.
6. Delays
Occasionally, delays may occur due to weather, traffic, or access issues. We’ll keep you informed and rearrange if needed. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Risk and Responsibility
You are responsible for providing a working, compatible thermostat and ensuring safe access to your heating system. We are responsible for carrying out a safe and professional installation. If your system is incompatible, we will advise you on your options.
