Professional Installation
Whether it’s Nest, Hive, Tado or Honeywell, we’ll professionally install your chosen smart system heating controls correctly, safely, and to the highest standard.
System testing
We’ll test your heating and hot water systems both before and after installation to ensure everything is working perfectly and your smart thermostat is fully optimised.
Remove old controls
We carefully disconnect and can remove your existing thermostat or heating controls, if you have any.
Wi-Fi setup and app connection
Your new smart thermostat will be linked to your existing Wi-Fi, and we’ll install the correct app on your phone or tablet so you’re ready to go.
Feature walkthrough
We’ll guide you through your new smart system — including setting schedules, using voice commands, remote access and energy-saving tips, so you can confidently use it right away.
Google Nest: As certified Nest Pros, we install and configure the full Nest range, including the Learning Thermostat and Thermostat E — tailored to your home for energy-efficient comfort.
- Tado: Our Tado Pro installations cover everything from radiator valves to full multi-room climate control, we specialise in setting up multi-room climate control. Our clean, professional installations ensure your Tado system is fully optimised for maximum comfort and efficiency.
- Hive: We ensure your Hive heating is setup and ready to go. With extensive experience in Hive thermostat installations, we make sure your system is correctly wired, connected and integrated with your existing heating system and help you unlock all of Hive’s smart features.

Delivery Policy

Smart Thermostat UK provides both product delivery and installation services to customers primarily located in London and the surrounding Home Counties.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery and installation services across London and nearby regions. If you are located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can service your location.
Delivery Timing
Delivery typically occurs on the day of installation. We aim to book and complete installations within 7–10 working days of your order or sooner, depending on location and availability.
Delivery Method
All thermostats are delivered by our installer on the day of your confirmed appointment. No separate courier delivery is used unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Missed Appointments
If you’re not available at the agreed date and time for installation and delivery, we may charge a call-out fee to rebook. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Delays
We make every effort to deliver and install within the estimated time frame, but delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
