Delivery Policy

Smart Thermostat UK provides both product delivery and installation services to customers primarily located in London and the surrounding Home Counties.
Delivery Areas
We currently offer delivery and installation services across London and nearby regions. If you are located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether we can service your location.
Delivery Timing
Delivery typically occurs on the day of installation. We aim to book and complete installations within 3–7 working days of your order or sooner, depending on location and availability.
Delivery Method
All thermostats are delivered by our installer on the day of your confirmed appointment. No separate courier delivery is used unless explicitly agreed in advance.
Missed Appointments
If you’re not available at the agreed date and time for installation and delivery, we may charge a call-out fee to rebook. Please notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Delays
We make every effort to deliver and install within the estimated time frame, but delays may occasionally occur due to high demand, traffic, weather, or other unforeseen factors. We are not liable for losses caused by delivery delays.
