Delivery Policy

1. Service Area

We currently deliver and install products in London and the surrounding Home Counties. If you’re located outside this area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability.

2. Delivery Method

All thermostats are typically delivered in person by our installer on the scheduled day of installation, unless an alternative arrangement is agreed in advance.

3. Delivery Timescale

We aim to deliver and install your thermostat within 3–7 working days of confirming your order. If a specific timeframe is not agreed, we will deliver within 30 calendar days as required under UK consumer law.

If we are unable to meet this timeframe, you will be notified and may have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund, in accordance with your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

4. Delivery Charges

All applicable delivery charges (if any) will be clearly shown at checkout before you confirm your order. Most in-person deliveries are included as part of the installation service.

5. Missed Appointments

If you are not available for your agreed installation date and fail to provide at least 24 hours’ notice, we may charge a reasonable call-out or rebooking fee. Please inform us as early as possible if you need to change your appointment.

6. Delays

Delays may occasionally occur due to weather, access issues, traffic, or supplier problems. While we are not liable for such delays, we will keep you informed and reschedule where necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.

7. Risk and Responsibility

Responsibility for the goods remains with us until they are physically received by you or a person nominated by you to take delivery.
