Service Requirements
- A working internet connection at the property
- Access to your thermostat, boiler, and smartphone/tablet
- Your Wi-Fi network details (if pairing is needed)
- Basic tools — ideally:
- 3mm flathead screwdriver
- Voltage tester screwdriver or non-contact voltage pen
- If you don’t have these tools, we’ll still do our best to help based on what’s available
