• Access to your thermostat, boiler, and smartphone/tablet
• Your Wi-Fi network details (if pairing is needed)
• Basic tools — ideally:
  • 3mm flathead screwdriver
  • Voltage tester screwdriver or non-contact voltage pen
• If you don’t have these tools, we’ll still do our best to help based on what’s available
