Service resolution
This service is a one-time support session. While we don’t offer a warranty, we do guarantee that we’ll do everything we can to resolve your issue or guide you toward a working solution.
Important please note
This is a remote-only service. It does not include physical installation or repair work. For in-person assistance, please see our installation services.
What’s Not Included
- We don’t give gas advice: This service is strictly electrical. We are not Gas Safe registered. If your issue involves gas pipework, combustion, pilot lights, or boiler internals — contact a qualified Gas Safe engineer.
- No internal boiler diagnostics: We won’t diagnose boiler fault codes, PCB failures, pressure issues, or component problems. Our support stops at the wiring terminal strip — if your boiler is showing an error or won’t fire, you need a heating engineer.
- No physical work done remotely: We’ll advise on wiring and logic, but we won’t control your system remotely, open your devices, or accept responsibility for how work is carried out. You do the work — we give you guidance.
- This is not a call-out replacement: If you're expecting someone to fully install your system or solve everything in one call, this probably isn’t for you. This is fast expert input for specific issues, not full design or installation consultancy.
- We don’t support every system on the planet: Our focus is Google Nest and common UK heating controls (S-plan, Y-plan, zone valves, wiring centres, etc). We’ll always try to help, but we can’t promise to support every obscure setup, especially outside the UK.
- We're not liable for on-site outcomes: You are responsible for carrying out safe, compliant work. We do our best to advise correctly, but we can't see everything or guarantee how guidance is interpreted or applied on-site.
